Psychodynamic therapy focuses on restoring clients to regular functioning. Events in their lives may have caused them to lose hope and they are not maintaining the equilibrium.

I do most of my coaching over the phone or online. Some coaches meet with clients in person. I take on clients from anywhere in the world! The client is responsible for calling the coach so as long as the client's long-distance calling plan allows the client to call the U.S. I am happy to work with people around the world. If you are local, in-person sessions may be available depending on availability.

Have you ever experienced any of the following?. . .

Sometimes you may find yourself drifting in a life full of empty routines, a life void of real meaning. This emptiness results from living a life that is not truly aligned with your values, interests, or what motivates you. A life coach can work with you to create a life full of meaning and aligned with your values. The coach will understand your vision of what you want to accomplish and will hold that vision for you until you reach your goal.

Have you felt motivated and excited about the changes you wanted to make after reading a self-help book? Like many people, you probably became distracted by everyday living and never made the change. A benefit of having a life coach by your side is that she will stay with you each step of the way until changes are made and your goals are met. We live in a fast-paced society that can leave us feeling empty at times. We become distracted from living our life on purpose and instead our days become filled with running here and there. We may find ourselves not vigorously engaged in our lives and feeling as though we have lost power over the details of our life.

We may continue to think about changes we truly desire to make such as a career change, creating a better balance between work and home life, a new relationship, going back to school, moving, writing a book, starting a business and many other changes but never reach the finish line.

You may have a goal in mind you deeply want to attain but find yourself overwhelmed by what it will take to get there. You may notice self-doubt and self-defeating thoughts holding you back from taking the first step.

I am very interested in hearing about the changes you would like to make and some of the roadblocks you face. Please feel free to call or e-mail me. Better yet, sign up for a complimentary 30-minute coaching session. I look forward to hearing from you.
